At Barker Shoes, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your shoes are not a perfect fit, you can return them in their original, unworn condition within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn shoes in their original branded box and pack them securely inside a protective outer shipping carton to prevent damage.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized courier location and retain your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
